Vacant positions are announced on the career websites. Candidates with the competencies required by the position are invited for the interviews by our Human Resources Department and the recruitment process is commenced.
The applications of candidates which are not found suitable for the current position as the result of the interviews are stored and tracked in the database for other positions. All candidates are notified about the recruitment process.

Interns who are intended to do internship by necessity or voluntarily can apply for our internship program which is for high school or university students. After the applications are assessed, personal or group interviews are realized with the students specified and candidates who are found suitable are included in the internship program.
